All Good Things...

Things are changing, and sometimes you need to change with them.

We've decided to end our run with the spot. The site will still be available as an archive, but we will no longer have updates, effective immediately. We have a few parting words below.

A little less than two years ago, I collaborated on an idea with the homie Ashley Kay about bringing some light to the area and starting a blog, highlighting music, artists and events. We didn't know what we were doing, but we wanted to try anyway. It's turned into what the spot. is today. And we couldn't have done it without your support.

But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. As you can tell, the updates hadn't been as frequent as of late, and sometimes life takes people in other directions. Both Ashley and I are proud of what the spot. has become, and so happy to get the word out on great artists locally, regionally, and beyond. But we feel like it's time to close this current chapter. We're both looking to get things going on our own accord, so please look out for both of us doing big things in the future, individually and even on a collaborative tip. It's all love and support here.

I will still be doing #MusicMonday shares over on my social, along with some other things, so jf you liked them please check me out and follow -- coming out from behind my social media wall is a process for me, so be gentle (lol). And make sure you check out Ashley over on her social, too -- she's going to be doing some big things.
